How does the Website Work?

If you're looking for Consultation or Representation to help you get started or help guide you through the entire process, "Contact Us" and we will respond and provide a Free Consultation. If you're looking to manage the process yourself, but need help or advice & suggestions, we are happy to meet with you to help give direction.

Can you help sell my home and find property for our New Home?

Yes. We will provide a Free Comparative Market Analysis on your current home, Present the Analysis, Prepare your home for Listing, and Market your Current Home. We will Search for your New Property based on your Search Criteria, and provide Free Site Evaluation on any property of interest. In addition, We will help Negotiate the transaction and prepare all the paperwork for purchase.

Will you help us with our New Home?

Yes. There are several way to approach your New Home.  As your Custom Home Builder & Representative, we will set up a meeting to discover what your Build Criteria is and with our help, you will decide what Home Building approach best fits your Custom Home Needs.  We have the team that will help your New Home become a reality!

Is the Lending different when you Build On Your Land?

Yes. Depending on your specific Need & Goal, the Lending will be outlined to fit that criteria. A Free Consultation with our Lending Partners will provide you different Lending Options that best

fit your financial plan.

Will you help us with the Design of our home?

Yes. We have a team of Designers that will help you with your Floorplan, Architectural Plans, Interior & Exterior Ideas, Fixtures, and Landscaping. You can come in with professional Plans, or doodles on a Napkin. We will take it from there.

How does the Estimate & Pricing work?

There are really five variables that make up your investment; the Land, the Base price of 

the home (includes Standard Features), the Non-Included Items, the Design options/upgrades, and the Financing/Closing Cost(s). Our Featured Partners have systems in place that will provide you these Estimates & Costs before you Invest your Time & Money.

I'm not sure if the Custom Home Building Process is for me ( ? ).

Building a Custom Home is not for everybody. However, there are a lot of benefits to Building your New Custom Home. It's definitely a 'Fun' Challenge.
